Return Policy and Return Form


The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.

The cancellation period is 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. The right of withdrawal can not be used in the case of sealed underwear whose seal has been removed after delivery.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example in the form of a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail):

In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the cancellation

In the event of cancellation, we will reimburse the customer for all payments received after the purchase, including shipping costs (except for the additional costs incurred if the customer chooses a shipping method that deviates from the most cost-effective shipping method we offer) immediately and in any case at the latest within 14 calendar days from the date on which the notification of the revocation of this contract is received by us. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that the customer used in the original transaction, unless the customer has specifically requested otherwise. In no case will the customer be charged for this repayment fees.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

The customer must immediately and immediately return the goods to us, but in any case within 14 calendar days from the date on which he informs us about the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if the return of the goods takes place before the said period expires.

To return the items, you can use the following services provided by Mango: free return at Mango Outlet stores and return by post. The additionally incurred shipping costs are to be borne by you.

Upon receipt of the goods, Ivirginal will ensure that they are in good condition and, in the event of a return, will refund the corresponding amount in the method of payment in which the payment was made when the item was purchased.

The refund of the purchase price paid may take between 3 and 12 working days from the date on which the returned items arrive at the Ivirginal warehouses. In the case of the return in accordance with the legal right of withdrawal, the refund will be made within the period stated in the cancellation policy. After the returned articles have been checked for their condition, the customer will be informed by e-mail.

The refund of the amount of the returned items will always be in the payment method in which the purchase was made.

Return of defective items
If Ivirginal mistakenly sends a different item than the one ordered or if the quality of the item sent is not adequate, Ivirginal will refund the amount of the item returned and the total shipping cost, after verifying the defect or quality. If incorrectly delivered items or articles with manufacturing defects are returned by post, Ivirginal shall reimburse the corresponding amount for the return shipping costs, if the customer encloses a document about the return cost of the package. The reimbursement of the costs for the return takes place after the article.
